These General Terms and Conditions of Use ('Terms') govern your use of the Mixero service ('Service'). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
As a Service user, you're accountable for your actions and submissions. Using our advanced mode involves decentralized exchanges (DEX), and submitting blacklisted or illegal funds may lead to their seizure. Mixero aims for reliability and efficiency but isn't liable for damages or third-party claims from your Service use. You must submit a guarantee letter within 24 hours post-payment, or it becomes void per our data confidentiality policy.
Access to and use of the Mixero service are strictly prohibited from within the United States of America. This restriction applies to all users residing in the United States, as well as any individual or entity operating or registered in this country. Users are responsible for ensuring that they do not access the service from the United States.
Transactions incur service fees ranging from 0.7% to 4.7%, plus miner fees. Mixero reserves the right to modify fees at any time without notice.
Mixero respects user privacy. Transaction data is deleted after 24 hours. Submit any issues within this period, as data cannot be retrieved afterwards.
Mixero may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or the Service. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by Mixero or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any part of the Service is prohibited.
